I’m the founder of Wholesale Food Solutions, a sales brokerage and consultancy helping foodservice and retail brands grow across Australia. With over 20 years in the industry, I bring hands-on experience, strategic insight, and a passion for building strong, results-driven partnerships.
Outside of work, I’m a proud husband and dad to two young boys. I love cooking, travel, and discovering new flavours with my family — food is both my business and my passion.
Originally from Adelaide, I’ve spent most of my life in Tasmania a place I’m proud to call home. I began my career as a qualified chef, spending 14 years in kitchens before making the move to the commercial side of the food industry with Nestlé Foodservice Tasmania.
Over the next 34 years with Nestlé, I held various roles across both the food and beverage categories. I was fortunate to lead sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the success of one of the world’s most trusted foodservice brands. I’m driven by a passion for helping businesses succeed through practical solutions, deep product knowledge, and a commitment to delivering real value.
Most recently, I joined the opening team at Accor’s Novotel Devonport, supporting the back-of-house operations and bringing my hospitality experience full circle.
I’m a proud family man, and when time allows, you’ll find me out in the garden, playing a round of golf, or riding my Harley and enjoying the open road.
With 15 years of rich and diverse experience in the food industry, I’ve worked across a range of innovative and established businesses, building a deep understanding of both the retail and foodservice sectors.
At All G Foods, I helped drive business development in the fast evolving alternative protein space. During my time at Noumi Limited, home to leading plant-based and dairy beverage brands, I played a key role in expanding market reach and strengthening client relationships. My experience at Lov-a-Duck further showcased my versatility, supporting the growth of one of Australia’s leading protein suppliers in the foodservice space.
Earlier in my career, I built a strong foundation in multicultural food markets at Oriental Merchants, a leading importer and distributor of Asian food products.
